Positioned within Martha Cove and overlooking the marina, this striking contemporary coastal residence embraces its waterfront setting through clean lines, layered materials, and a strong connection to light and outlook.
Delivered as an owner built project, the home reflects a confident, modern design direction, with a consistent architectural language carried throughout every space. Partnering to offer a whole home custom sourcing solution, we provided a comprehensive range of components, including aluminium double-glazed Low-E windows, custom cabinetry, stone, vanities, basins, freestanding baths, staircases, and aluminium battens, achieving a cohesive and highly resolved residence.
In contrast to more traditional coastal homes, the interiors lean firmly modern. Two-pac custom-coloured cabinetry was selected throughout, allowing the owner to precision tailor the finishes to the tone of the design palette while achieving a crisp, ageless finish. The bathrooms continue this contemporary expression, pairing clean-lined cabinetry with matte stone basins and baths for a calm, sculptural aesthetic.
Architectural aluminium battens were used as both functional and visual elements, adding depth, screening, and rhythm while reinforcing the home’s modern coastal identity. Internally, the custom staircases act as a central design feature, connecting levels with a sense of depth and understated drama.
Framed by expansive glazing and uninterrupted marina views, the residence balances modern minimalism with warmth and liveability, a sophisticated coastal home designed for both performance and lifestyle.
