We begin by reviewing your architectural drawings or preliminary concepts, and understanding how your home will be lived in. This allows us to understand spatial requirements, flow of movement and overall design intent before any recommendations are made.
2. Deposit, Drawings & Samples
Exterior finishes are considered in relation to the overall design and build, to ensure alignment across living spaces. Where appropriate, material samples can be provided to support decision-making and final selections. This allows finishes to be reviewed in context, ensuring confidence before proceeding.
3. Manufacturing, Progress & Shipping
With approvals in place and a progress payment made, manufacturing commences through our trusted fabricators. Progress updates and photos are provided throughout production, followed by coordination of shipping, customs and logistics to align with your project timeline.
4. Delivery, Inspection & Ongoing Support
We manage delivery to site and support inspection of materials on arrival. Final payment is completed once goods are received, and our team remains available to assist with installation coordination and any post-delivery support required to ensure a smooth handover.
